Main/Would the Unlawful Possession of a Firearm statute survive the 7th Circuit's New Gun Rights Analysis?

As you probably know, if you regularly read the Library of Defense, the Oregon Supreme Court has [[Blog:Main/Update_on_the_Constitutional_Challenge_to_Possession_of_a_Loaded_Firearm|Update on the Constitutional Challenge to Possession of a loaded Firearm]]  to a case to determine the constitutionality of a Portland City Ordinance outlawing possession of a loaded firearm.

As yet, the appellate courts have not weighed in on the state statute of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, though a great challenge to that has been writtten, and it's just a matter of time before the courts weigh in.
