Unfortunately, the high Court isn't taking up the unanimous jury issue this time around. [http://www.scotusblog.com They didn't grant certiorari] in ''Herrera v Oregon''. However, as Bronson says in the following 5 minute video, most experts, including him, think it's only a matter of time and the right case. He predicted they would deny cert. in Herrera but still believes that you ought to be preserving the issue in every case. Bronson also has an idea, set forth below, about how to create the sort of case the Court wants.
