Ryan, I like this idea. I have another issue, what happens when no more than 10 minutes after executing the search warrant, the officers are handed information which negates probable cause? This can happen in medical marijuana grow cases, where the OMMP has not updated their database yet to show pending applications, but the land owner has enough cards and paperwork (submitted applications are valid until you receive the card or are rejected) to cover all of the plants.
