The Video Every Jury Sees Before Trial

If you haven't seen this jury orientation video and you're handling jury trials, please stop what you're doing and watch it. It's called "Justice for All". Every jury in every county of the state sees this video. It's one of your only chances to be on the same page with your jury. And the alternative should simply be unacceptable: that you're missing the particular way in which all of your jurors have been indoctrinated.

It's actually pretty good. You can use it in trials. In voir dire to talk about the presumption of innocence. Or in closing to talk about the burden of proof. Or even just as a general question to start a conversation in voir dire: "So what did you think about the juror orientation video you watched earlier."

If that isn't enticement enough, it also features fellow defense attorneys like Kati Dunn and Steve Sherlag.
