In May, 2011, the Oregon Supreme Court began broadcasting oral arguments. There were no oral arguments in July or August, but they have resumed this month. You can replay the oral arguments here.

Topics from the past two days include the application of the equal privileges clause to random license plates checks, whether lesser-included violations can be submitted to the jury in a criminal trial (e.g., submitting careless driving in a reckless driving trial), and whether the defendant's failure to appear at a court appearance for which he had notice is an express consent to a delay of his trial.
