Standard condition of probation unconstitutional?

Back in May or so, I wrote three posts on how a standard condition of probation is unconstitutional. Can I trust that all of you, if you've had an open sentencing on a misdemeanor or other probation case since May, have preserved this issue? No?

Now if I were being snarky, I'd say, preserving this issue does more to defend our constitutional guarantees than bitching about the NSA on Facebook, but I'm never snarky, so I won't say that.
