From OPDS attorney Marc Brown:

When asked about his position on cameras in the United States Supreme Court Courtroom, Justice Souter famously responded, "I can tell you the day you see a camera come into our courtroom, it's going to roll over my dead body." Fortunately, our justices do not share Justice Souter's opinion. With no dead bodies in sight, the OSC began to stream oral arguments live and on demand this week. To watch an oral argument, go to the S.Ct's webcasting page and click on the link in the middle of that page. The link will take you to a menu with cases. The first time you click on a case, you will be asked to download a "plug in" from Microsoft. Once downloaded, you are good to go.
