I'm re-posting When the Arrest is Solely for Running from the Police since the issue was recently discussed on the OCDLA pond. For those attorneys who do mostly misdemeanors, are you seeing standalone Interfering charges in Oregon? I've seen it a couple of times lately, but only attached to felonies.
