Wouldn't it be great if there were a free, online Oregon search and seizure manual with blurbs for and links to every relevant case, organized by topic under the umbrella of an easy to use checklist? Well there is one. Just click on the "Search/Seizure " tab at the top of this page. The section no longer only includes recent cases. It's got them all. Greg Rapkoch, a brilliant young attorney, put it together. Please check it out. I know you'll find it useful.

This isn't a substitute for the OCDLA Search and Seizure Manual, the indispensable search and seizure manual. The search and seizure section above is merely an additional research tool in your belt.
