Culpable Mental States Under Oregon Case Law

This is just a quick post to let you all know that there is a significant amount of new content up on the [/Mental_States "Mental…" ]page regarding culpable mental states under Oregon law. The case law will be updated as new and relevant decisions come in.

In the next few weeks I plan to post case law regarding when mental health evidence is relevant (and when it's not), and to begin developing a section to help readers understand (i.e. translate) the various medical and mental health records they may encounter in their cases.
