BM 73 DUIIs are CSL 4

A DUII with two prior DUIIs in ten years is a crime seriousness level 4 on the Felony Sentencing Guidelines Grid. So sayeth the Criminal Justice Commission. This is for the new repeat DUII law that came out of BM 73 last year. Felony DUII (ie 3 priors in ten years) is still a level 6. [CJC_Temp Rules BM73_110111] (pdf).
