Another Win for the Improper Joinder Demurrer

I received word today that an OCDLA member won the improper joinder demurrer, and it appears his win may have significant benefits for negotiations. I'm hoping that he will write about it -- either here or on the pond -- when the case is finally resolved, but in the meantime, I just want to link to the two essential posts regarding the demurrer.
