Delinquency - Court May Not Order Youth to Pay for Psych Eval
Ordering youth to pay for his own psychological evaluation was outside the court's dispositional authority under ORS 419C.446(2). Paying for a psych eval is not "of the same kind" as the other requirements listed in 419C.446(2) that a judge may impose. Per Curiam. Reversed. State v CMC, 259 Or App ___ (12/11/2013)
