Oregon Supremes

Nothing from the Supremes this week.
Unless you care about an employment appeals board decision re: a Klamath County high school teacher. It's actually kind of interesting. The teacher was put on administrative leave for showing a ten minute clip of Glengarry Glen Ross which had a bit of profanity in it. The teacher was supposed to get approval first from the principal. But he was never advised of the required approval policy and it wasn't in the employee handbook. Regardless, he was given a choice to resign or be fired. He chose the former. Question: is he ineligible for employment benefits because he "voluntarily left work"? Alternatively, is he ineligible for benefits because he was discharged for misconduct?
