Here's a presentation Greg Scholl did in Washington County on Felony Sentencing. Greg is the County Director of MPD in Washington County. This is an introduction to Felony Sentencing. It relies heavily on, and often refers to, Jess Barton's Felony Sentencing in Oregon published by OCDLA. The presentation starts out with the basics but it covers progressively more difficult concepts, ending with Shift to I, the 200% rule and the 400% rule.
