The San Francisco PD put together a 30 second public defender PSA called Innocent Until Proven Guilty. A public service announcement for the presumption of innocence is a brilliant idea. I'm not sure this gets it across exactly. Maybe Portland is a more post-racial place than San Francisco but I just don't see people of color getting arrested for running. Now driving on the other hand. That's a real problem. Driving while Hispanic and Driving while Black seem to be genuine crimes in this area.
h/t to the always brilliant PD Revolution. If you haven't read her blog, do it now.
